I did this vexel partly for a school project on Identity :)
It's based on a gorgeous photo by :iconninanerisa:
Thanks so much to her for letting me use it!

Oh btw, the blood is supposed to be just a solid colour. For the project I had this up on a huge black sheet and had blood, red paint, coming out from under the image. Hence why I chose to just have it in a solid colour.

I also have a new WIP that I hope to finish soon, but I'll keep you guys posted!

EDIT:
Used Photoshop Cs4.
I used the pentool for the face, neck and background. I used the pentool > stroke path for the hair.
